Beware!!! Great sales pitch NO after sales service

Shocking shocking shocking. <br> <br> This has been going on for months and I have dealt with so many of your staff yet no one bothers to do anything. I have dealt with Morne, Jacques, Rohan and Sarah. Big promises, no delivery. <br> No one ever answers the phone at your KZN branch.<br> <br> My outgoing number has been mistakenly set to that of my competitor!! Really??? Still nothing has been done. <br> <br> I have left numerous messages at the office for Sarah as well as on her cellphone and sent emails but no response whatsoever.<br> I had to resign contract and start again to apparently resolve this issue. Signed and returned contract on 17th September with promises from Sarah on sorting this out but have not heard a word since. It has been nearly 2 weeks. <br> <br> This is ridiculous. <br> <br> Possible legal claim for punitive damages since all my customers and potential customers that I phone, will return my call to my competitor.
