Best service and after sales service.
We have been BitCo clients since 2014 first for our home line, then business line now business fibre. They have the best customer service. Their turnaround time is super good and a team that are so on the ball they contact me to tell me about issues before I have even realised there is one. They follow up and have issue tracking status with update emails. It's so nice to be the "naggee" rather than being the nagger. We selected our new business premises based on the availability of BitCo Fibre in the selected area. No joke.
