Bad Services

I am not sure if I want to use Bitco as my service provider since I had so much issue with my application. So it started with me asking what is your fair usage policy. No one could answer me. In fact I had to follow up after I got told that they will call me back with an answer. ( this took more that 3 days just for an answer) Then I filled out the application online. I missed the email regarding the proof of address and ID that I had to send in. Couple days later I phone in again asking what's going on with my application then I got told that I need to send proof of residence "Where the line will be installed" and my ID. I then send an email with the containing docs. I waited yet again for 4 days, I phoned in asking what was going on and then I got told that that could not help me because the address on the application I submitted did not match the proof of residence. I then told her she should use the proof of residence as the actual address. That was on friday last week. I waited like a fool again until Tuesday and phoned in again and true as bob the lady told me it's on pre-order. I asked her when did she find that out and she said when she did the application that was on friday. So Bitco does not communicate to their clients at all, not even an e-mail.... This was sales, what can I expect from support ..... ?

Hi Stefan,  Following our telephonic discussion, your order has been placed with Openserve. This means that as soon as the infrastructure is installed, they will contact you to advise on an installation date which is convenient for you.  The FNO’s (Fibre Network Operators) provide the Infrastructure and we provide the internet.  Openserve are yet to provide an ETA on your area specifically. Based on our recent discussion you advised that Openserve have been seen in your area installing the infrastructure. They will be in contact with you as soon as this is complete and will arrange a date and time to complete the installation to your home directly.  Please note we are following up with them daily and will ensure you are connected as soon as possible.  Once again, we extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Kind regards Thelma Oliphant
