Avoid BitCo
Our company has a VOIP service offered by BITCO. Our phones have stopped working. I logged a call (Ticket BIT52354). No feedback, I constantly have to follow up. Their technicians closed the cal, the issue is still not resolved. A week later Communication and support is very bad. This is not the first time we've been having issues with them. AVOID!!
