An Absolute Nightmare - 7 Months and Still Waiting!

Seven months ago, I made the unfortunate decision to hire BitCo for their supposedly top-notch service, and it has been nothing but a complete and utter disaster from the very beginning. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I initially contacted them with high hopes, expecting professionalism, efficiency, and timely service. Unfortunately, they failed on all fronts. Here's a rundown of my nightmarish experience: 1. Endless Delays: It has been seven months, and I have yet to receive internet connectivity. The promised completion dates have come and gone, each time with a new excuse and a fresh set of delays. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' time. 2. Lack of Communication: Communication with BitCo has been abysmal. All emails are responded with “We asked for feedback and will revert soonest”. It is like I am talking to a bot. 3. Unfulfilled Promises: During the initial sales pitch, they made grand promises about their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. It's painfully evident that these were nothing but empty words to lure in unsuspecting customers. 4. *********** Staff: It's become evident that the staff at BitCo are either untrained or lack the necessary skills to deliver on their commitments. The work that has been done so far is subpar, and I'm left wondering if they even know what they're doing. 5. No Accountability: BitCo seems to have no sense of responsibility for their failures. They've offered no compensation for the months of inconvenience and stress they've caused me, nor have they taken any concrete steps to rectify the situation. 6. No Action Taken: The last two months the only action taken towards solving the issue was asking if there is power onsite for 5 weeks. After that they sent a technician to site to investigate, but it has been another week after that and they can’t tell me why or what the technician found onsite. At this point, I have lost all faith in BitCo's ability to provide the service they promised. It's been seven long months of frustration, disappointment, and mounting expenses as a result of their incompetence. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and save themselves the headache and disappointment I've endured. This company is an absolute disgrace to the service industry, and I deeply regret ever engaging with them. I guessed it is my bad for not reading all the reviews before signing with them.
