24Hour support my #ss!

Hi i have an 5mb/s account at Bitco for about 3 weeks now and i cant believe i signed a 2 year contract cuz i cant take another day of this lack of support and claims of having 24hour support but when u call...\our office hours are from 7-5 please send us an email and we will assist you as soon as we can"..... the next day i get a email back just saying we aren't blocking ... thank you.<br> <br> My first complaint is i have been strugling for 4 days now! no torrents..0.0kb/s like none! ive tried everything on the web and stil no luck so LITERALY the only problem is my ISP..BITCO. Ive sent 2 emails now and they dont even call nothing.<br> My seccond one is a play wow..mostly the only reason i have internet is for wow...Ive had 4 complaints about this where as i had to fix it on my own due to lack of support.
