Dear HelloPeter, I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Betway South Africa regarding what appears to be false or misleading advertising concerning the 4% incentive advertised on betting slips. As punters, we place our trust in the offers and incentives advertised by betting platforms. However, it appears that this 4% incentive is no longer being honoured as expected, despite being advertised on betting slips. We believe customers deserve transparency, consistency, and honest communication regarding promotions and incentives offered by betting companies. I therefore request that HelloPeter assist in bringing this matter to Betway South Africa's attention and seek a clear explanation as to why the advertised 4% incentive is apparently no longer being honoured as expected. Betway not paying out money won
On the 29 September I did a withdrawal for R5000 from my *** to my bank account and on the 02 October they refunded it back to my betway account then the same day I did a Standard bank instant money withdrawal and on the 05 October they refunded me my money back to my Betway account. So on the 05 October I did a withdrawal again to my Bank account which I am still waiting for my money to be paid to me. I have even resubmitted my bank verification documents on the 03 October which are still waiting for approval. Also On the 15 September whilst playing on betway I had R87 taking out my account and sent to a blu voucher which was supposed to have been refunded into my account on the 16 but I never received it. I changed my login password as they told me. I am so disappointed in Betway they steel money out your account but when you win big they don't pay out. I will never refer any one to use them. Previously they would pay me instantly what is the problem now. So disappointed

Since 27-07-2026 My Betway Account is Locked without being informed. I contacted them many times holding more than 2-Hrs without any Help. I have send emails no response from Betway. Please Urgently Unlock My Betway Account, Thanks.
