Withdrawal delaying on purpose

I'm struggling to get money from my withdrawal at betway. I made withdrawal on the 20 October 2026 06H24 instant money to Standard bank and kept pending untill Wednesday 14H40 and then I reversed it and made another withdrawal on ABSA still pending untill now. On Wednesday I called their call center for 6 hours on hold waiting for answering but failed and today Thursday I made a call from 09H46 till 12H40 no answer.
