Betway not paying out money won

On the 29 September I did a withdrawal for R5000 from my *** to my bank account and on the 02 October they refunded it back to my betway account then the same day I did a Standard bank instant money withdrawal and on the 05 October they refunded me my money back to my Betway account. So on the 05 October I did a withdrawal again to my Bank account which I am still waiting for my money to be paid to me. I have even resubmitted my bank verification documents on the 03 October which are still waiting for approval.

Also On the 15 September whilst playing on betway I had R87 taking out my account and sent to a blu voucher which was supposed to have been refunded into my account on the 16 but I never received it. I changed my login password as they told me. I am so disappointed in Betway they steel money out your account but when you win big they don't pay out. I will never refer any one to use them. Previously they would pay me instantly what is the problem now. So disappointed
