Bad experience on Bettabets
I have signed up on Bettabets and have tried several times to download my bank statement and id photos back and front for ***. It has failed each and every time so I cannot get my winnings out. It's not much but more than what I deposited. Three if the. Sites went blank after the first spin. I want to deregister myself asap. Not sure if *** is ever going to work as I never had issues elsewhere. Guess I might as well play it out and then kiss them good buy....forever

They are pathetic and should not be in business
The worst service ever. This casino is an absolute ****, they are *****, theives, time waster, false advertisers and they have THE WORST STAFF. They do false advertising and don't deliver. They don't phone you back and refuse to help. The promotion said to like them on TikTok. So, I did. I even receive an sms saying thank you your R25.00 Bonus will be credited in 72 hours. It's been a month now. I phoned. No call back, live chat they say sorry they can not discuss in live chat. THE END. They don't even try to make it right. Not even as much as the bare minimum. They should not be in business they're probably some or other ******* enterprise posing as a casino but *****ing money!

Their service is very poor and they are not helpful at all . All they know is too take out money when it comes to paying they will give you problems,what happened is I did a instant withdrawal early hour of Sundays I was suppose to get an SMS with the details but I got an SMS that doesn't have transaction number and the pin but even now I haven't got my money even now I know it's small money

I received a SMS with R50 promotion for free spins on my cellphone number I signed up with. I did not receive the free spins as promised. I queried about it. Every time they say it will be escalated. Today they telling me the SMS was not for my cellphone number, but I received the promotion SMS. I feel it was misleading, and I demand a refund.
