Bad service poooooor

Their service is very poor and they are not helpful at all . All they know is too take out money when it comes to paying they will give you problems,what happened is I did a instant withdrawal early hour of Sundays I was suppose to get an SMS with the details but I got an SMS that doesn't have transaction number and the pin but even now I haven't got my money even now I know it's small money
