Not Happy

I received a SMS with R50 promotion for free spins on my cellphone number I signed up with. I did not receive the free spins as promised. I queried about it. Every time they say it will be escalated. Today they telling me the SMS was not for my cellphone number, but I received the promotion SMS. I feel it was misleading, and I demand a refund. I have sent them proof but still they make me out to be a ****. Where did the SMS come from if it wasn't for my number
