**BetJets Refuses to Release My Money Despite Verified Account**
BetJets Experience My experience with BetJets has been extremely frustrating. I have tried to withdraw my money more than three times, and every withdrawal has been rejected. I submitted all the FICA documents they requested, and one of their agents even confirmed that my account was verified. Despite this, they continue rejecting my withdrawals without giving me a clear reason. When I contact live chat, I don’t get proper assistance or straight answers. Instead, I keep receiving generic responses saying the matter has been escalated. This is unacceptable. If my account is verified, why are my withdrawals being rejected? And if FICA is the problem, why did your own agent tell me I was verified? I have screenshots, withdrawal records, documents and chat conversations to prove everything. I am now escalating this to the Gambling Board because BetJets has failed to resolve the issue or properly communicate with me. Very disappointing experience.

****mers ****mers need to be reported. you can not withdrew your winnings. while you keep on depositing. they dot have a phone number. after i ask if their are legitimate and questioned my winnings. they decided to block. i can not access my account with them anymore.

This platform is s ****, they don't even deserve a star. They failed to verify my account and I was unable to withdraw my winnings until I lost it all ( that's what they wanted) they are bunch 0f losers *****ing our money

Suspicious Withdrawal Process and No Proper Verification
I became suspicious after being asked to deposit R350 before withdrawing funds. No proper ID verification was required when registering. I have reported my concerns and screenshots to the National Gambling Board South Africa for investigation.
