Usesless, Nonesical ISP

The worst service on planet earth. If it was possible to rate in negative, i was going to rate them (-)ve 10. They are deducting money from my account for services i did not sign up for, even after cancelling with them, they still deduct and tell me to wait for 5 days to investigate. I signed up for R350 wifi deal, when i get the confirmation of the order, it says i took also SHowmax and something "safe" as part of my package. How can i sign up for showmax when i already have it and on top of that, they did not even give me login details for those add ons.
