Best Internet have been deducting R220.00 from my account, but I don't why, as there are no services provided. Can an agent contact me on *** to advise as to what they are deducting the monies from my account for the pass 6/7 months.

Crazy ****
**** these people, and in my opinion, companies like this should not exist. They offered me a service that was declined and put me in some insurance called Peeq, and fixed the technology that I did not consent to. I have noticed that my account has been debited for this insurance, and I request that they refund my money. Now they have to investigate, must wait for the whole 14 days for them to investigate something I never consented to or even requested. We have a new problem, South Africa

Best internet is a ****, I took a contract with them but later cancelled it bit to my suprised they have debited my account, Iam so ****ed of because when I tried to call to know if really my account was indeed cancelled, I am being sent from pillar to post, Iam super ****ed

I just woke up with a debit order off my account from these people that I don’t even know. @Capitec bank I’m so disappointed at you because I trusted you with my money and on top of it I can’t even dispute nor stop these people. I want my money asap, It was not enough that I once lost R11 000 under your watch and you did nothing to help me. You are about to loose a loyal customer
