Ponzi scheme

This people keep on taking my money, I canceled everything with them in July few minutes after i realized that the agent I was talking to **** abouut the product. I have been calling these poeple to refund my money they hang up me, when i sens an email i dont get a positive response. When they call me they keep me onhold until their call hangs up. Where can i report this ****mer cause i can't affort to change banks because of thhis people.
