Best internet

Best internet is one of the worst company I've ever dealt with I cancelled my subscription in time in writing on a email saying to cancel my subscription as I will not use them and use a different company..then they have added on R159 for showmax and did not cancel it as i have asked them to do in a mail and now they refused to pay back the money that they deducted from my account with their name as a reference this amount was deducted for a year sometimes twice a month I've been paying for a year and not using the services and they refused to pay my money back as it was an add-on but through best internet not third-party company through best internet themselves so whoever considers of using best internet stay away,don't even think about it don't look at them just scroll past please..and even when I phoned them they will tell you there sorry there's a problem on their system and we'll take your number giving you a call back which will never happen.they never do that they just refuse to do any client service and the fact that they don't even want to reimburse customers for their own mistakes they've made, is something I cannot believe so please there's much better companies out there than best internet
