Zero Ticket or Helpdesk Resonse
<p>Axxess offer free mails with their DSL service, however 90% of mails are bounced because of spam settings ... and as usual there is a ZERO Response rate when it comes to Loggin Tickets : Ticket:##j9039c62a6</p>
