ZERO COMMUNICATION

Absolutely shocking on how things are run there. I'm honestly hurt more than anything. There's zero communication from these people, unless you pick up the phone and phone their call centre and speak to their INCOMPETE, RUDE agents... you will NEVER know what is happening with your stuff.

Now i'm thing of moving all my businesses away from them. I cant be treating like a piece of **** by people whom i pay money every single months for the pass few years.
