You will most definitely regret your choice that's if you aren't already.

Runaway from AXXESS!!!!!!!!!!

Let me tell you why...

It's very unfortunate that we cannot rate a Zero (0) star review on HP because it's very relevant for this company. The reasons for my zero star rating is the following:

1. The internet speed is not as advertised. I am currently paying for a uncapped pro+ LTE package with Axxess which is rated for 200Mbps and above but i have been receiving only up to 25Mbps. For the amount of money I pay per month I expect exceptional service but unfortunately that's not the case.

2. I called the support department to get assistance and I have been speaking to multiple people but to no resolve. The agent are sometimes rude, They will hang up on you whilst you speak, They have no knowledge of the service they provide and will provide only one solution which is a refresh. I have been asking what the problem is and no one can provide a reason to date.

3. The staff really has no call center training. They have no empathy or determination. They do not care what I as a consumer am going through. There is no follow up to your queries. However when the debit date comes they expect me to pay without any problems.

And as result of the above I sit here with a buffering internet connection.

South Africa has enough problems we do not need our internet to be another reason we have sleepless nights. To aid the situation to my benefit I will not be paying for my subscription untill all my issues are resolved and I will cancel within 3 days of not getting any solutions or realistic answers.

There are too many ISP's in South Africa for one to be reliant on AXXESS.
