You pay so little cause you get so little

<p>Axxess is pathetic when it comes to service delivery and basic accounting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested a top-up on my account and I paid in extra money to cover it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now sitting with a negative balance and the data was not allocated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Axxess never gets their billing rite and always messes up with the data allocations. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yes, if I added the data via mtn directly, it would have cost more but at least it would have been available immediately and billed correctly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recommend using mtn directly as the extra money you pay is worth it in terms of billing and service delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't recommend axxess to anyone</p>
