Hello<br> <br> Ive been with you guys for just over 3 years now and moved houses 3 times, you've been absolutely amazing! Never long waits for the call centre, always friendly patient staff who are super helpful, best prices, great service. <br> <br> On this most recent move its taken us 2 months to get a new adsl line up again and despite the multiple faults on the line not being caused by you guys at all - your call centre agents have just been super helpful in assisting us with troubleshooting the problem. Weve been looking for the solution since last Friday and yesterday one of your call centre technicians hit gold and we have internet again!<br> <br> Thank you so so so much! You have Great staff! Give them all a raise or a day off or chocolate cake or a hug or something because they rock! :-D<br> <br>
