YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!

I signed up for a service with this company, which included a device. First they take almost a week to let me know they require my FICA documents, which I uploaded when I ordered the service AND PAID for the device. I submit it a second time. Now their shipping department is taking their time to get the device to me and the support agents just pass the buck to other departments without any proper feedback. I am due for my first installment on 01/12 for a device that I have paid for but I am not able to access the data as yet.
