Yamkela very useless and rude

Yamkela from Axxess very useless. I have order router with the service that it should come preconfigured she refused to help though; I told her it was for my old parent who stay alone. She just told me point blank I should find way to do it for them while I am overseas and no one to assist them. She did care or try to help. I asked if I could talk to Laura or Busiswa as they are always helpful, and she refuse. Axxess Please teach your agents to be helpful
