Wrong Billing and Threatening to cancel my service

No help from their accounts team as to why they are billing me incorrectly. Other departments state that they closed my ticket without any reason and I have been sitting waiting for my call to go through for 35mins now. Now I receive emails from them that they will cancel my service when they are the ones who don't want to assist with fixing the problem that they have made. I am considering taking legal action against them.
