Worsted Customer service ever from Axxess

Today I spoke to a lady from Axxess on the phone telling me the following below it is ridiculous to charge a customer this, and when I informed her the call was recorded she went silent and dropped the call. Like really Axxess this is how you handle your loyal customers.

Axxess and octotel are ridiculous, R1500 fee for a technician to come out and move ONT boxes from 1 wall to another is ridiculous really guys, I'm a loyal customer and u want to charge me, this is not on, Axxess you will get a bad review on hello Peter from this loyal customer this is BS that I need to pay R1500 for a octotel technician just to move 2 ONT boxes from 1 wall to another wall due to my wall having Mould on it and the wall needs to be replaced
