WORST TREATMENT EVER!!!

I joined AXXESS 6years ago and have never been treated so bad! From March I was getting SLOW internet speeds, so I requested to increase from 10mbs to 20mbs This was eventually done after 2-3weeks after being told 48 hour turnaround time!

Since then it has been SLOW, INTERMITTENT, UNSTABLE I have been on the phone AT LEAST 13 times with AXXESS technical support, with NO AVAIL! I get told someone will call me back, NOT ONCE HAS ANYONE CALLED ME!!!!!! Every time there is some excuse and a long list of excuses, “FAULT LOGGING”etc etc etc etc etc etc etc (WASTING MY TIME!!!!!)
