Worst than our SOE's

Unfortunately one cannot rate Axxess any lower than one star , the correct rating is Axxess's service is below even the sub standard service we expect for SOE's in South Africa. If put on a par with Eskom, Eskom would be the winner. This company is only good for wasting your money and causing extreme frustration. Emails are only answered with the standard mail acknowledging it has been received thereafter nothing. Tech support must have been given a script to read off. Number 1: It is your router Number 2: It is Telkom Number 3 It is something else but certainly nothing to do with us. I am not sure exactly what service they do provide as it is in line with the service I receive from our local municipality which if you drove around Camperdown KZN you would see is absolutely nothing. In fact there is a definite possibility that the municipality does more than them. So ending off with a parody slogan from a well known copier company "Saving you time ,Saving you money ,Put Axxess last on your list"
