Worst Technical Support Ever - They are not worth changing to

A person will lose their whole client base because you guys do not know how to fix anything permanently or answer the phone for that matter.

You Axxess lure people into moving to you with this "FREE Hosting" but you fail to mention that it does not come with service.

NOT WORTH IT

I'm losing clients while you guys experiment with how to offer a normal support service to clients. This is pure sabotage
