Worst support service of all Mobile Data providers.

Worst service ever ... emailed their accounts department on Thursday about a payment correction, no reply, although a ticket was logged. Emailed again Friday morning, another ticket was opened. Internet still not working and support tells me they can do nothing, I need to wait until Monday morning. Stay AWAY from this company and whilst at it, their sister company Afrihost as well. They follow the same terrible service route.
