Worst support EVER

Worst Service i have ever received. They don't seem to have any escalation process even though they say they will esculate. Faults never get fixed. My fault is still from Dec 2019 and still remains the same. They close the faults to keep there stats looking good, and when you call you have to reopen a new case. Cant wait till fiber ready so i can move companies. Would not recommend them to anyone due to lack of support
