Worst support ever.

Worst company ever to do business with. Had to phone 7 times to get my IP address unblocked. Asked them to permanently whitelist my IP since I have a dedicated IP. But still had to spend 2 hours on the phone with a bunch of *********** people. Will be moving everything I have away from them. And its dissapointing since ive been with them for years. Hope they never win the ISP of the year award again
