Worst support ever

Logged a call for my DSL . Call for 5 days and get run around and no support. Each agent gives you different answer. Supervisors don't care and never return calls. Axxess just don't care about there clients. Will be changing my account as soon as possible. Do not recommend them as they just want your business but don't care about if you have issues . Been a week and still no resolution and still getting run around from agents . Asked to speak to supervisor and they not allowed to disturb him
