Worst staff ever for hosting

Axxess hosting was so far good, up until recently. I am trying to work on my site and my public IP is blocked every 5 min! I spoke to their support to try and whitelist my IP address....so I have repeated this process about 5 times and now, I have asked them if they actually whitelisted this IP...their response to me was "Have you gotten a confirmation that the IP was whitelisted"? I said no, and his exact words to me was "you see...NOONE, So it is not whitelisted"

According to them, its my responsibility to make sure that they read and reply my emails...

I have also checked their Facebook...It turns out that they delete their Community posts.... well thats dodge isn't it?
