Worst servicr ever. I want my money back

I paid my line 2 days ago m still not connected and the agent has the nerve to tell me that I will be connected on Tuesday. 5 days without internet. I have been calling them with my airtime the whole weekend. I paid the account on Thursday even today its not open. There is no turnaround time. The servicr is nonsense
