Worst services from Axxess Support from Khuthala & Sino

Worst service ever from axxess, I thought customer service was about being in the customer's shoes, I spoke to Khuthala from support she did not regard my feelings or what so ever, even when I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me to call back again, she finally gave me a supervisor Sino who is a team leader so according to Sino the MTN 5G is not stable it can be intermittence anytime when you have reached the threshold, I tried explaining to her that I logged a ticket before I have reached the threshold and she said thats not her issue as she didn't deal with the ticket, if this is what Axxess have people who supposed to be 1st line support then I guess I am giving my business to the wrong company
