Worst service provider in South Africa

I have contacted them time and time again as they won't refund me for a cancelled order. They told me they refunded me, yet I dont see it in my account. I won't send me a proof of payment though. Very suspicious.

On top of all of this, they never answer my technical queries. I have the worst connection and they just ignore me. Go with anyone else besides these clowns.
