Worst service provider every in the ISP industry

As a developer your only as good as the ISP you have to back your website. I had amazing service from Axxess.co.za in the past but from 2018 the service and quality dropped.

I have had so many issues with them regarding hosting and internet. Every time I contact them they would pass me to someone else via the support tickets. If I phone them I would get the reply please fill in a support ticket.

My company site has been down for the 2nd day I cant send or receive emails cant get client to sign up with me as my site is down.

When I actually talk to someone they would give the default answer (the site is resolving fine on our side) or your IP is blocked and we need to white list it for you again.

This is absolutely terrible service from them, and who is the one suffering me and my business I'm losing clients due to servers having issues or getting blacklisted.

I will not recommend Axxess.co.za to anyone anymore.
