Worst service Provider before even having my line!

Worst service provider before even have the service! I am lost for words. Its been day 32 now and I am still waiting for Axxess to arrange with Openserve to install my fibre line. I have been told by the Axxess supoort Team to wait 1 to 30 days. Its now day 32 and the only thing I receive from the Axxess Suport Team is the impression that they are doing me a favour by taking my call with an I don't care attitude. Everyone in my complex had their line lines installed in week one by Openserve. I should have gone with my neighbours service providers and not with Axxes as recommended. I can only imagine what pathetic Customer service and support I will would have received with regards to any ISP issues. Thank you Alwaba from the Axxes service support line for the I don't really care attitude and making me decide to use another ISP.
