Worst service provider

I've been using Axxess since April, I've now decided to cancel contract after 13 Tickets loaded. I'm reminded to pay every month for internet fibre that's never on. Worst experience received by a service provider we have been off since Thursday a fault is logged but no resolution till now days later. Please don't ever sign up for a contract with this provide.
