Worst service I’ve ever received with a complete lack of admin

Probably the worst service I have ever received. The activation of my fibre line took them 4 days due to one of their personnel failing to load my documentation onto their system (installation had been done previously, so only activation was required). My fibre line then gets deactivated the Friday of a long weekend without any communication as to why this happened, with the only department capable of activating it again only returning the Monday. Turns out my fibre got deactivated due to another personnel member failing to load onto their system that no installation fee needed to be paid. So not only was my fibre activation delayed by 4 days due to their lack of admin, we are now stuck on a long weekend without any internet due to their lack of admin and in their own words, “there is nothing we can do about that now.”

Although their internet is quite stable, their service is terrible.
