Worst service from any ISP I ever encountered and Unreliable.
Axxess cancelled my line without my approval and now i must struggle to get my line activated again. They send me notification of another supplier trying to activate the service on my line. I mailed back after 15 minutes that i reject that. That night my line got transferred now i must struggle to get it back on. They recon me the weekend they are not working how is that for 24/7 service. Please stay away

19 Sept 2022, 12:169 days later still no internet. I paid for the internet they cancelled my line and still i am begging each day to get my service restored
