Worst service ever, cancelation fee R999 for a service used for 24 hours

Wow i bought my mom a sim card with 10gb data monthly at axxess and that has been going well, my worst mistake was to take a unlimited business lte package and i received the sim card yesterday and i missed the fact that it cuts at 7pm till 12 am i thought it's a normal package. I called this morning since its less then 24 hours with the service to see if they change my package because im using it at home and i was told to pay R999 to cancel and they won't even refund me my subscription of R430 that i paid for the month if i cancel. Axxess please tell me what happened to CPA are you guys for real, i thought rain was worst but u guya are the worst ever. Please come back to me with a solution. I need unapped internet for my house but im not paying you R1500 for nothing.
