Worst service ever

I am so irritated with Axxess and their service on my DSL internet connection. I have made tge required payments as requested on Friday to bring my account up to date. Had no internet for the weekend as I was R50 short. I made that payment this afternoon. Call after call, email after email to prove payments have been made, still no internet. If my internet is not switched on today, I will be moving to a new provider. How can you want me to switch over to your Fibre if you can't assist me with my DSL?!
