WORST SERVICE EVER

This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST WORST DISGUSTING SERVICE AT A COST THAT PROVIDES NO SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life.

The contention ratio is never explained although its described as unthrottled and uncapped. There are millions of people on this service and as a result there is NO SERVICE. 10 meg fiber line and cannot stream without BUFFERING every 10 seconds

PATHETIC ****ING BULL**** CLOSE YOUR ****ING DOORS OR PROVIDE A DECENT SERVICE.
