Worst service ever.

After numerous calls/emails my fiber activation is not resolved. I transferred from one ISP to Axxess due to a wonderful special they offered, after canceling my previous ISP in December I've waited for activation and all you hear are excuses they waiting on Vumatel, yet Vumatel confirms they have no pending requests to activate the fiber line for my application, requesting to escalate, the helpdesk agents informs me they handle all escalations and are unable to transfer me to a manager (what type of process is that), one spends more time on hold "20mins" at a time contacting Axxess than receiving help, and you keep receiving automated emails ticket logged, yet no further correspondence on when this will be resolved, Axxess Management should consider making improvements or they will find themselves branded with a bad reputation by the public, I most certainly will not recommend this ISP.
