Worst service

How are you guys so unbothered by your poor service, no one is answering the phone nor the emails. You have debited me even though i have paid up the bill. I did not agree on a debit order. My wifi is not working and i have guests at my airbnb. You guys are so not professional like what kind of service is this when o can't even reach the service provider? Worst service i have ever seen.
