Worst service

Worst ever service . I am waiting more than 2 weeks for the delivery of my fibre router and I’ve spoken to yet another 2-3 agents/telemarketers . Promised to have it resolved again and yet again no feedback. Utterly disappointed with this isp . No feedback from anyone to do with this issue I have with axxess. I wouldn’t recommend axxess to anyone serious about internet or connectivity .
