Worst service!!!!

I had fibre installed 2 weeks ago that worked for 2 days. Since 15 April I have been logging faults and phoning daily with promises of feedback, yet I get none and still the problem isnt fixed. I am paying for a service I am not recieving. All they says is that I must log another ticket and if I want to cancel I need to give 30days notice. And the staff are rude. Even the supervisor didnt call me back as promised. I wont give 30days notice of a service I am not getting!!!
