Worst provider ever

We have no internet for 48h every month. Every month I have to call them and wait for technical support. I work from home, which means that every month I have additional costs because I have to buy data to work. And what also makes me so dissatisfied that this company does not help me as a client, I have to accept it, but if I could not pay my bill everything is turned off immediately. And the other way around, as a customer who pays almost R700 every month, I have to accept everything. I will cancel today.
